2005 Reno-Tahoe Sled Fest

Following is a selected set of Reno-Tahoe Sled Fest event photos taken by Wayne Fischer. The photos were taken on February 11, 2005 at Tahoe Meadows and on February 12, 2005 at the Mt. Rose Ski area.

#11, 1/29/04, Blackwood Canyon: On our way back to the parking lot at the base of Blackwood Canyon, Chuck English decided to try one more uphill cliimb up an easy ravine. Normally, this would be a piece of cake, but due to the fresh snow storm a few days earlier, the snow had not set up. He stuck it less than 40 feet from the road. Clayton Whitmarsh and Ken Wallace are getting ready for the rescue.
